The following projected timetable should be used as a working guide for planning purposes. Metro reserves the right to adjust this timetable as required during the course of this Request for Qualifications process.

Distribute Call-to-Artists (focus on local/state) March 15, 2006
RFQ Deadline- for submission of artist materials April 28, 2006
Selection Panel Initial Meeting- choose semi-finalists May 30-31, 2006
Site Visit for semi-finalist artists June 30, 2006
Semi-finalists’ Presentation to Selection Panel August 30, 2006
MNAC approval of PAC recommendation September 21, 2006
Installations complete June 30, 2007
